Chicken white karahi is a dhaba food. Basically it is a tomato free version of traditional red karahi. Instead of using tomatoes we add yogurt to make it delicious.
INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Oil ½ cup
- Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
- Green Chilies (ground) 8
- Cumin (roasted & crushed) 1 tbsp
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Fresh Cream 2 tbsp
- Ginger (sliced) 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Whole Green Chilies 4
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat oil on low flame then add ginger garlic paste let it turn little golden then add salt, green chilies grinded, crushed pepper cumin, and yoghurt.
- After adding all the spices add chicken and fry well cover and cook till chicken done.
- Lastly add lemon juice, allspice fresh cream.
- For garnishing add ginger slices, chilies, leave it on Dum for 5 min. serve with Naan.
