These Honey BBQ Wings are juicy, tender and flavorful. They’re covered in a blend of spices.
INGREDIENTS:
- Maida (flour) 2 cups.
- Kali mirch (black pepper) 2 tbsp.
- Corn flour 2 tbsp.
- Garlic (Lehsun) powder 1 & 1/2.
- Salt (Namak) 1 & 1/2 tbsp.
- Chicken wings with skin 700 Gms.
- Oil 1 tsp.
- BBQ sauce ½ cup.
- Honey (Shahad) ¾ cup.
METHOD:
- Wash wings well and dry them.
- In a zip lock bag or bowl add flour, black pepper, corn flour, and garlic powder, salt and mix well.
- Add chicken wings and coat them well with flour mixture.
- In a deep pan heat oil and deep fry wings on medium flame for 6-8 minutes.
- In a separate pan, add 1 tsp oil, BBQ sauce and honey, stir and mix for 30-60 sec and turn off flame.
- Add fried chicken wings and coat them well with the sauce.
- Honey Chicken Wings are ready to serve.
TIP:
For better taste give coal smoke.
